This mod will allow you, the admin, to turn off/on, the Custom Start/End times on auction listings.

Really, by default, this should not be a feature for users. Its quite pointless, and really not needed, and rarely, if ever used. With this mod, you can have it seamlessly removed from the listing process, turned off/on at your leisure.
